    • lamp builds as a fetched dependency again: 0.3.0's package (what
      zig fetch takes, build.zig.zon's .paths) had no build_native.zig
      and none of the test outputs the build reads while configuring, so a
      project depending on it by url and hash failed before building
      anything. The gate now builds lamp as a fetched package.
